It’s ideal for boosting morale, strengthening team dynamics, and uncovering hidden talents through the timeless joy of LEGO building.

Reset, Rejuvenate, Realign: A Mental Health Wellness Program

Pricing on request

Reset. Rejuvenate. Realign. is a mental health focused team building program designed for corporates in support of World Mental Health Day in October. The experience opens with a short guided talk and sharing session that raises awareness of stress, burnout, and mental wellbeing at work and at home, creating space for reflection and understanding. This is followed by fun, low-impact indoor Olympic-style games that help teams release stress, step away from the office mindset, and reconnect through movement, laughter, and collaboration. Inclusive and accessible for everyone, the program leaves teams feeling refreshed, re-energised, and realigned, both individually and together.

Office Shark Tank

From $92 per pax

Welcome to the Office Shark Tank. Put on your entrepreneur hats as your team dreams up a quirky product idea and pitches it to colleagues turned “Sharks.” From brainstorming and branding to packaging and presenting, you’ll put your creativity to work while having plenty of laughs along the way. The goal: win over the Sharks with the most entertaining and convincing pitch. Collaboration, quick thinking, and a splash of humour will help your team rise to the top of the tank.

Criminal Scene Investigation (CSI)

From $75 per pax

A mystery-solving team building game, CSI has the group break into smaller teams to solve a pseudo-criminal case through investigation and visits to “crime scenes.” The program runs as a role-playing scenario, with participants acting as the investigation team and facilitators playing the “case suspects” they need to interview.

DISC Personality Profiling

From $155 per pax

The DISC profiling test measures behaviour in a work setting, comparing what’s expected of you with who you truly are. This tool gives organisations clarity that helps them work more efficiently and build a stronger team overall. There are four personality types, and understanding how they blend together helps explain why you feel, think, and act the way you do.

Indoor Wacky Olympics

From $65 per pax

Imagine a series of fun, never-played-before heats where you compete against other teams at individual stations. Try out unique games such as the mini-golf putt, the 100m team caterpillar race, parachute volleyball, and human foosball. The winning team is the one that completes all heats in the best time, earning a head-to-head showdown with the runner-up team.

Kin Ball

From $50 per pax

Kin Ball is the perfect team sport for competitive groups, with teams facing off to score points and win. It’s played between three opposing teams of four players in the arena, each with its own colour. When a team’s colour is called, the objective is to catch the kin ball with any part of the body before it touches the ground.

Minute to Win It!

From $45 per pax

Seen the popular TV show and want to try it with your colleagues? Our version of the Minute to Win It challenges guarantees a fun time for everyone. Each task calls on one or a few team members to achieve the best result within the minute. Across a series of games, the team with the most points is crowned champion.

Sphero Robotics

From $75 per pax

Bring a touch of robotics into your next team building session with Sphero Robotics, featuring our Sphero Grand Prix challenge. Your team works together to conceptualise and construct a race course for Sphero, a spherical robotic ball controlled via a mobile device, then takes turns manoeuvring and racing it through the course. It’s a hands-on, tech-forward activity that calls for planning, building, and problem-solving together before putting your course to the test in a head-to-head race.

Choosing the Right Venue for Indoor Team Building

The venue you choose matters just as much as the activity itself when planning indoor team building in Singapore, especially when organising team bonding activities during haze in Singapore. Depending on your group size, budget, and the image you want to project, you generally have three options to consider.

Hotels. Hotel ballrooms and conference facilities are a popular choice for larger groups, offering professional amenities such as audio-visual equipment, catering services, and dedicated event support staff. Convention venues like Suntec Convention Centre are well suited to this format, giving you a polished, seamless setting for workshops and large-scale programs alike.

Budget classroom-style venues. For companies looking for a cost-effective option without sacrificing structure, classroom-style venues provide a simple, functional space with tables, seating, and basic AV support. This works well for smaller teams or programs that are more discussion and workshop based, such as DISC Personality Profiling.

Your own office. Running the program within your own office keeps things familiar and convenient, and cuts out venue rental costs altogether. Many of our indoor team building activities, including Brick-A-Drone, Brick Masters, and Office Shark Tank, can be adapted to fit comfortably within your existing office space, so your team can bond without ever leaving the building.

Whichever option suits you best, One Dynamics takes care of venue coordination and logistics as part of our end-to-end service, so you can focus on your team rather than the planning.
