The core mechanics of strategic property acquisition apply in this team-building race conducted in the heart of Orchard. Players move around various designated property locations to buy and trade real estate assets, while having to pay rent to opponent teams if they land on or visit their acquired spaces.
As part of an interactive team-building concept, teams are required to complete mini-games at the property locations before they can purchase the property. Teams will also draw lots to decide their next move across the course. Each lot drawn may include bonus or penalty cards, which teams can use to advance their progress in the game. The winning team is the one with the most wealth at the end of The Tycoon Challenge!
This program is excellent and well-designed for competitive, fast-paced, and high-energy teams. Games are designed to suit adults and challenge their brains or team coordination within the course of the race.
